Love and a Homegrown Tomato

This tomato was from our garden. Happily, Michael let Will pick it - Will brought it to me as a gift, and I promptly washed it and allowed Will to eat it like you would an apple. :) Messy, true, but precious to see an incredibly happy boy sucking down a tomato like it was candy.

What was it the Lee's always said? "Ain't nothing like love and a homegrown tomato." That might have been it.

Our Musician

So today Will grabs my hand, looks me in the eyes, signs "please" and I follow him. To the door of our room, I say "yes, we can go in," Will opens the door, still holding my hand and asking me to come with him. He runs with a grin on his face to the closet, and still holding my hand, goes over to the guitar case, again looks me in the eyes with the biggest saucer shaped brown eyes I've ever seen, and asks "Please, please, please." I say "you want to play the guitar?" Vigorous nodding, and the biggest smile ever. These pictures are what happened next. This boy is going to be a musician. Woo hoo!

Flags are the best!

William thinks that flags are really cool.

Particularly when they are stickers you can put on your nose.

Today, today, today

These are pictures from today for Grandma Knotts. . . Will's getting big, and getting big teeth.
