Will is currently standing on the pebble tray cover up about two feet, and yelling "CHARGE!!!!!" and "Don't come up here or I will kill you!!!" "You don't have a sword. . . you will be dead!" "Watch out!" Hmm. Hopefully that's normal and not early signs of psychosis. ;)
Also - Betsy just put her headband on her belly and Will said "When she does that, I like to call her FlowerBelly." :)

Jesus' Death
last night Will wanted to read about Jesus' death and resurrection. So we did. At the end, his comment was "they didn't do a very good job killing him."
Because he came alive again.
Oh my.
Complicated explanation ensued.
He assured me that he would have done a better job.
Eek.
I explained that he couldn't actually kill God, which was the problem with the Jews.
He's still thinking on that one. . .
Then tonight I had to explain why our gingerbread house is in the fridge in the garage. The reason is that during Christmas I had a feeling we'd have an ant invasion if I left it in the house, so I put it in the fridge in the garage. Will said "but, you could have left it on the table, and the ants couldn't get it there, it's too tall."
I said "well, but they could climb up the legs and get to the table that way."
Will countered "well, we could make a table with no legs." And then he had the funniest look on his face, as he's picturing all the problems with that scenario.
Then he decides how to fix it:
"Bendy nails. We could use bendy nails and hang it from the ceiling, and we'd need a hammer and a ladder. . . and that's probably a Daddy job."
Good thing Daddy's in charge of that one.
